A bar code tattooed on the hand of a recently deceased mob godfather allows whoever holds it, access to the security system of the entire South American Mafia. A cyborg leg-breaker known as NAILS sees this as his big score. Getting the code proves to be trouble enough, but what it leads him into makes him a target for every killer in the hemisphere.
